Downlaod all the parts to one folder and extract with winrar or 7zip.
Total compressed size (all parts together) : 906 mb
Readme:
1. Download all parts, then extract it with WinRAR
2. Mount "UTAWARE_DVD.iso" with Daemon Tools
3. Run the English Patch and follow the Instructions to install the Game
4. Keep the DVD.iso mounted and just run the game from the desktop icon or startmenu to play it

Hey, I installed the game itself and am trying to patch it, but it keeps saying that there is no Tears to Tiara found and I can't install it. Any idea why?

Not sure, I tested the game awhile back seemed to work. Try putting the patch in the install directory though. See if it works then.
